You will not have to do much. But you probably have a few questions.

When exactly is this happening?
The rebrand will launch this fall. The exact timing will be confirmed soon. Watch your email.
What do I have to do?
Not much. Your profile details and any cash balances will automatically transfer to our new site NorthStarBets.com. You will need to add your banking info to your account before making a deposit or withdrawal.
Will my banking information carry over to the new site?
No. See above. Your banking security is our top priority.
Will I still be able to login to Spreads.ca once the rebrand is complete?
No. Upon launch of the new site and app, Spreads.ca will automatically redirect to NorthStarBets.com. Please note, there may be a brief blackout period prior to the launch.
Can I still withdraw my cash balance at Spreads.ca?
Yes. You can withdraw your balance from Spreads any time before the launch.
What will happen to my Bonuses and Loyalty and Rewards Points?
Any points balances or in-play bonuses will not carry forward. You’ll need to fulfill wagering requirements on bonuses prior to the launch and convert them to cash.
However, NorthStar Bets will offer a slew of enhanced promotions and rewards to take advantage of starting Day 1! Additionally, if you capitalized on the Spreads NFL pre-season deposit offer, your bonus will still be granted weekly at NorthStar Bets.
How will I access my NorthStar Bets account?
Simply log in with your current email and password at NorthStarBets.com or via the NorthStar Bets app.
How will I be able to bet on the new site?
The same way you always have, but with way more options in both the Casino and Sportsbook, whether via NorthStarBets.com or the app, available for Android and Apple devices.
I’m a Spreads VIP. Will I lose my status?
Absolutely not. You’ll automatically join the NorthStar Bets VIP Club and have access to all the enhanced promotions and rewards that come with your VIP membership.
Will I still be able to play outside my home province?
Definitely. Every province and territory except Ontario, which is governed by a different regulatory body.
