1. To be eligible to participate in the Spreads.ca Rewards Program a Spreads member must have an active Spreads.ca account that is in good standing.

2. There are two (2) types of Points that can be earned within the Spreads.ca Rewards Program: a) Rewards Points and b) Status Points. The rate at which Rewards Points and Status Points are earned on casino wagering is determined by each casino game’s Return to Player (RTP) rate. The RTP rate for each casino game available to be played at Spreads.ca is unique to the game and is subject to change at any time for any reason. The rate at which Spreads Rewards and Status Points are earned on Sports Betting is determined by the odds that are selected when a Spreads member places a wager. The higher the odds, the greater the number of Rewards and Status Points that can be earned. The applies to all types of wagers (single bets or parlay bets, live or pre-match). Both Rewards and Status Points will be allocated to a member’s account on a weekly basis. In certain instances, the distribution of points (Reward and/or Status Points) may be delayed. To qualify for Spreads Rewards Points and Status Points, a bet must first be settled. Bets that are cashed out in advance of the bet setting or being cancelled do not qualify for any Rewards Points or Status Points. Spreads.ca reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the odds and corresponding number of Rewards and Status Points that are awarded to a Spreads Member’s account at any time.

a) Rewards Points: Rewards Points are accumulated through wagering on Casino Games and/or Sports. Rewards Points are awarded at a rate determined by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion and may differ between different types of Casino games or Sports odds. Rewards Points can be used to redeem for their cash equivalent in the Spreads.ca Points Store. 5,000 Rewards Points is the equivalent of $1.00 Canadian currency in the Spreads.ca Points Store. Rewards Points do not reset but rather are kept in a member’s account as a type of currency. To redeem Rewards Points for the cash equivalent, a Spreads member must have a minimum balance of 50 Rewards Points. After Rewards Points are redeemed by a member in the Points Store at Spreads.ca, the specified number of Rewards Points will automatically be debited from the Spreads member’s account. Rewards Points may not be redeemed by any person other than the Spreads member who holds the account.

b) Status Points: Status Points are earned through Casino wagering or Sports wagering and determines a Spreads member’s rewards tier status (i.e., their level within the Reward Program). Status Points reset to zero (0) at the end of each evaluation period (a calendar month). Status Points are earned at double the rate of Rewards Points (for example, one (1) Rewards Point equals two (2) Status Points. There are six (6) rewards tiers within the Spreads Rewards Program. The number of Status Points needed to accumulate through each evaluation period to move through each of the Tiers are as follows:

• Bronze Tier: 0 to 4,999 Status Points
• Silver Tier: 5,000 to 14,999 Status Points
• Gold Tier: 15,000 to 34,999 Status Points
• Platinum Tier: 35,000 to 74,999 Status Points
• Elite Tier: 75,000+ Status Points
• Red Diamond Tier: Entry into this tier is by invitation only as determined by Spreads.ca Management

Every Spreads member with an active Spreads.ca account in good standing will automatically qualify for the Bronze Tier; the lowest level in the Spreads Rewards Program. After that, a Spreads member is required to reach a specific tier threshold based on their Status Points earned each month in order to qualify for the next or higher Rewards Tiers. Each Tier has its own specific rewards and benefits. It is the sole discretion of Spreads.ca Management to determine the rewards that each member may be eligible to receive in each Tier Level and how the rewards will be granted and when. Rewards can be added, modified, and/or removed at any time without notice. Rewards such as expedited payouts that certain tiers are eligible to receive are managed on a case-by-case bases and are subject to the timing of the payment processors utilized by Spreads.ca.

Spreads Member’s that qualify for a specific tier will be able to keep the highest tier status that has been achieved during that month until the end of the following calendar month. For example, if a Spreads Member qualifies for the Gold Tier during the month of January and that is the highest level achieved during that month, they will be able to retain their Gold tier status and Gold tier benefits until the end of February of the same calendar year. A Spreads member’s Status Points balance will automatically reset to zero (0) at the beginning of each calendar month unless otherwise specified by Spreads Management. A member’s tier status will also automatically reset to Bronze at the start of each calendar month once a Member’s Tier eligibility period ends. Spreads Management reserves the right to add or remove a Spreads member from any Rewards Tier and remove any corresponding tier benefits at any point without notice.

4. Spreads Rewards and Status Points will automatically be tracked and allocated to each Spreads member’s account in a reasonable time frame as determined by Spreads.ca Management. Both types of points have no value outside of the Spreads Rewards Program. Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased, given by gift, or otherwise sold. Any Rewards or Status Points so acquired are void. The accumulation of points does not entitle the Spreads Member to any vested rights, and Spreads.ca does not guarantee in any way the continued availability of any reward or any other benefits. All Reward or Status Points are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Spreads.ca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to invalidate any Reward or Status Points that Spreads Management deems to have been awarded in error, or as the result of any fraudulent activity, or any activity not in keeping with the letter and/or spirit of these Terms, as interpreted by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion. Any Rewards or Status Points that cannot be verified to the complete satisfaction of Spreads.ca are subject to disqualification. Spreads.ca will not be liable for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, the failure of any Rewards or Status Points to be captured or recorded for any reason. Any Points accumulated through misuse of the Spreads.ca Rewards account, abuse or fraud (all as determined by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion) will be forfeited. All determinations regarding whether a Spreads member is eligible to earn Points in accordance with these terms will be made by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion.

5. Each Spreads member is solely responsible for all actions that take place under their account (whether such actions take place with or without the Member’s knowledge or consent). Each Member is solely responsible for ensuring that their account and personal identification number are always kept secure. Spreads.ca is not responsible for any points redeemed without a member’s knowledge by someone not affiliated with Spreads.ca.

6. If a Spreads member has elected to opt out of receiving Electronic Communications and Direct Mail they will still have access to the benefits and rewards of the Spreads Rewards Program by utilizing their Spreads.ca account. A Member will not receive additional offers and rewards via Electronic Communications and Direct Mail if they opt out. A Member may opt out of receiving Electronic Communications and / or Direct Mail at any time by visiting Spreads.ca and updating your account preference or notifying the Spreads.ca Support Team at support@spreads.ca.

7. In determining whether a Spreads member is entitled to redeem Rewards Points, Spreads.ca is entitled to review and rely upon, and the Member is bound by, the information recorded in the Spreads.ca computer database(s). No Rewards Points shall be redeemed, and no complimentary offers shall be issued, unless the Rewards Points and personal information is validated by Spreads Management.

8. Spreads.ca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other mechanics stipulated in these terms and Rewards Program to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any Spreads Member or other information with these terms, or as a result of any problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of Spreads.ca, in its sole discretion, affect the proper administration of the Spreads Rewards Program as contemplated in these terms, or for any other reason.

9. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these terms and disclosures or other statements contained in any program-related materials and/or any instructions or interpretations of these terms given by any representative of Spreads.ca, the terms and conditions of these terms shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Where applicable, the Released Parties are intended third party beneficiaries of this agreement. The decisions of Spreads Management with respect to all aspects of the Spreads Rewards Program are final and binding on all Spreads members without right of appeal.

11. Spreads members with self-excluded, fraudulent, or suspended statuses as determined by Spreads.ca will not be eligible to participate in the Spreads Rewards Program or in any of Spreads promotions and associated marketing offers.

Milestone Bonuses:

1. To be eligible to receive a Monthly Milestone Bonus a Spreads Member must first earn a minimum number of Status Points and qualify for a specific Rewards Tier.
