Parlay Insurance

1. Description of Promotion

Parlay Insurance (the “Promotion”), players who place a four-leg or more parlay bet, will receive a refund equal to the amount of their wager, up to Fifty Dollars ($50) (“Promotion Bonus”) if one leg of their bet loses.  Refund is in the form of a casino bonus.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion will begin at 12:00 AM ET on April 1st, 2021 and end at 12:00AM ET on December 31, 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open active players on Spreads.ca physically located in Canada.  Employees, officers, and directors of Spreads.ca, their parent companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotional Bonus.

4. Action Required

Use your Spreads.ca Account to place a four leg or more parlay bet in any market offered (subject to exclusions herein) for any games that occur during the Promotion Period; provided that each individual leg of the parlay must have odds no shorter than 1.31 and total parlay must have odds greater than 5.0 (each such parlay, an “Eligible Wager”). Limit of four (2) Eligible Wagers per day.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

If applicable, the Promotion Bonus will be credited to your Sportsbook Account within seventy-two (72) hours of the completion of the Promotional Period.

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have an active Spreads.ca account. Creating an account at https://play.spreads.ca is free. By submitting your information and creating an account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms.  If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create an account or participate in this Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility Requirements in Section 3., Spreads.ca reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith.  Limit of two (2) Eligible Wagers per day.

8. Wagering Requirements

Wagers placed after the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be deemed an Eligible Wager.  Round robin wagers will not be deemed an Eligible Wager and parlay wagers that contain any legs with odds shorter than 1.3 or are settled using the “Cash Out” feature will not be deemed an Eligible Wager.  Separately, wagers placed using site credits or any bonus received from a separate Sponsor promotion, including without limitation using other promotions, will not be deemed as Eligible Wagers.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

The Promotion Bonus is non-withdrawable and in order to withdraw from your account any winnings generated from wagers placed using your Promotion Bonus, you must first use your account to wager an amount equal to the aggregate amount of your awarded Promotion Bonus (“Play-Through Requirement”). Provided that wagers placed on favorites with lines shorter than or equal to 1.3 will be deemed as Excluded Wagers for purposes of satisfying the Play-Through Requirement.

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

The Promotion Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  The Promotion Bonus may only be used for wagering on your account. Any unused portion of the Promotion Bonus will be automatically withdrawn from your account seven (7) days after being credited to your account. In order to withdraw any winnings generated from wagers placed using your Promotion Bonus, you must make a minimum deposit of Ten Dollars ($10) into your Sportsbook Account. You may withdraw your deposited funds without penalty or Play-Through Requirement at any time.

12. Additional Terms

Administration:  Spreads.ca expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent.  Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Spreads.ca.  Spreads.ca reserves the right to restrict at any time any account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason.  Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Spreads.ca and their decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto.

Release and Waiver of Liability:  By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Spreads.ca,  its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Spreads.ca’s own negligence.  Spreads.ca expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.  In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Spreads.ca and its affiliates.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SPREADS.CA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF SPREADS.CA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Miscellaneous:  No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.  If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
