Spreads.ca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to invalidate any Reward or Status Points that Spreads Management deems to have been awarded in error, or as the result of any fraudulent activity, or any activity not in keeping with the letter and/or spirit of these Terms, as interpreted by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion.

• Any Rewards or Status Points that cannot be verified to the complete satisfaction of Spreads.ca are subject to disqualification.

• Spreads.ca will not be liable for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, the failure of any Rewards or Status Points to be captured or recorded for any reason.

• Any Points accumulated through misuse of the Spreads.ca Rewards account, abuse or fraud (all as determined by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion) will be forfeited. All determinations regarding whether a Spreads member is eligible to earn Points in accordance with these terms will be made by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion.
