    Terms & Conditions – 2x Points Easter Promotion
    1. The Easter Long Weekend 2x Points Promotion runs from April 7 to April 10, 2023.
    2. During this time, Spreads Players are eligible to receive 2 times the Rewards and Status Points for wagering on eligible sports matches and casino games.
    3. Only bets made and settled during the promotion dates will qualify for 2 times the Rewards and Status Points.
    4. Points that are earned during this time will be credited to player’s accounts within 2 business days following the end of the promotional period.
    5. Spreads retains the right to change or cancel this offer in its entirety at any time.
    6. Spreads also retains the right, at its discretion, to exclude any individual or individuals from participation.
    7. Both types of points have no value outside of the Spreads Rewards Program. Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased, given by gift, or otherwise sold. Any Rewards or Status Points so acquired are void.
    8. The accumulation of points does not entitle the Spreads Member to any vested rights, and Spreads.ca does not guarantee in any way the continued availability of any reward or any other benefits.
    9. All Reward or Status Points are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Spreads.ca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to invalidate any Reward or Status Points that Spreads Management deems to have been awarded in error, or as the result of any fraudulent activity, or any activity not in keeping with the letter and/or spirit of these Terms, as interpreted by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion.
    10. Any Rewards or Status Points that cannot be verified to the complete satisfaction of Spreads.ca are subject to disqualification.
    11. Spreads.ca will not be liable for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, the failure of any Rewards or Status Points to be captured or recorded for any reason.
    12. Any Points accumulated through misuse of the Spreads.ca Rewards account, abuse or fraud (all as determined by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion) will be forfeited. All determinations regarding whether a Spreads member is eligible to earn Points in accordance with these terms will be made by Spreads.ca in its sole discretion.
